We’ll share our Rise Together goals, actions, and how you can get involved.
Rise Together is a group of 17 Leaders of Color and a team from the Community Foundation Santa Cruz County working together to advance racial equity in our community. We are working to build awareness, trust, and investment in the work led by, for and in support of People of Color in Santa Cruz County.

Parking available in the shopping center parking lot across the street from the Foundation. Onsite disabled parking available upon request.
