Welcome Dr. Ibram X. Kendi and Nic Stone for a discussion about their new book, How to Be a (Young) Antiracist—a dynamic reframing of the concepts shared in Kendi's adult book, with young adulthood front and center.

The Santa Cruz County District Attorney’s Office, Santa Cruz County Probation Department and the Community Action Board of Santa Cruz County are hosting a Trunk or Treat event on Friday October 28, 2022, at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds. The event will be open to the public from 3:00pm to 7:00pm and will be a walk-through event. We would love for you to participate this year!

WORLD ARTS FESTIVAL
An annual celebration of cultural dance presented by Tannery World Dance & Cultural Center
Celebrate the diversity and richness of our community at the 2022 World Arts Festival!
On October 15th from 12PM-5PM, TWDCC offers free public family performances at the Tannery Arts Center.
The festival will include performances by new and beloved Bay Area artists, including White Hawk Indian Council, Arnaud Loubayi, Dandha da Hora, John & Nancy Lingemann, Antara Asthaayi Dance, Raizes do Brasil Capoeira, Senderos, Elie Mabanza, DJ Monk Earl, Te Hau Nui School of Hula and Tahitian Dance, Ukrainian STEPPE, and more, as well as artisans and vendors selling crafts, wares, and food.
